Spade Detail Co.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains how Spade Detail Co. handles information from our website, quote requests, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and customer communications.

Information you provide

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, requested service, service city or ZIP code, preferred timing, and any notes or vehicle photos you send. A booked mobile service may also require the service address and access details.

Our quote forms do not ask for payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or financial account details. Please do not include those details in your inquiry.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your vehicle, prepare a quote, confirm availability, arrange service, and maintain customer and service records. We may call, text, or email you about your request. Sending a quote request does not confirm a booking.

We also use website and advertising information to understand how people find Spade, measure quote requests and other interactions, and improve our marketing.

Website analytics and advertising

We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page loading, responsiveness and visual stability so we can improve the website experience.

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads measurement. These tools and our website may use cookies, browser storage, and identifiers to record information such as browser or device details, pages visited, referring pages, campaign information, and quote or call-button interactions. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as an IP address to operate the website and prevent abuse.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through the relevant platform. Google explains its data use at Google’s Privacy Policy.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

If you submit a Spade form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides your submitted answers and contact information to Spade so we can respond to your request. Meta may prefill information from your profile and processes information under its own policies. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for details.

Services that process information

We use third-party services for website hosting, spam protection, form handling, email, lead records, analytics, and advertising. These services may process information needed for those functions. Our tools include Google services, Meta’s lead tools, Vercel hosting, and Cloudflare security services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect against fraud or misuse.

Records and your choices

We retain inquiry and customer records for follow-up, service, and business recordkeeping. You can contact London to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal requirements. We will review your request and explain any limits that apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The date above shows the latest update.
